A little bit of crafting...
When I started this blog, it was a space for me to share my 'creating' ... and sadly, not much of that has been happening lately... but in the last week or so a little more has happened - and it takes me to my happy place when things are a bit on the tough side lately...

Love your creations soooo much! Creating definitely relaxes me and also makes me feel like I've done something productive (not sayingt hat tonnes of washing etc is unproductive - but you know what I mean!!).
Wow, you've been busy! Love all your creations. when I'm crafting I really enjoy the opportunity to slow down and achieve something tangible.
Ohhh man...those sock monkeys are adorable!!! please yell out to me when you are selling them...I'd love to buy one...or 2...or possibly even 3... lol I also need to pop over to PJ's place and see if she's made any cuties lately... :)

I so admire people who have the patience to be crafty - so not me at all, it drives me nuts! But I love your little softies, just so cute (I'd love to be that talented, but I swear the gene by-passed me)!
Creating IS very relaxing but far too often it gets stressful because it conflicts with other less desirable parts of my life - like washing the dishes. But yeah, definitely my go-to activity when it all gets too much!

My sewing room is my sanctuary. When the world is getting to much for me I just go in there and *think* about all the things I could be creating and feel better even before I starting making anything!
Leonie! You are a super clever crafty woman. It was lovely to see you at Simone's last week (gosh it feels like weeks ago!). Keep up the lovely work. I haven't made time for craftiness for ages but I know I need to. Perhaps I'll schedule some in for the first week of term.
